Mediate

Joint sessions and private caucuses move the parties toward common ground. The process is confidential, structured, and business-oriented — focused on durable outcomes, not posturing.

Stage three

Resolve

Settlement terms are documented with clarity. The matter closes. Both parties leave with a binding agreement and the matter behind them.
